DREW BAKER

(Director)

Drew is a theatre director and creative leader with extensive experience across commercial theatre, regional producing houses, touring productions and community arts organisations. His work spans musicals, plays, pantomime, concerts and new writing, with a particular passion for developing emerging talent, creating accessible opportunities in the arts and championing ambitious cultural projects across the UK.

Drew's directing credits include The Pirate Queen at the London Coliseum; Zanna, Don't! at the Landor Theatre; The Mikado and HMS Pinafore at the Battersea Barge; Jack and the Beanstalk; Dorset Faith at the Courtyard Theatre, London; Search for a Twitter Star at the Lyric Theatre, West End; Children of Eden at the Prince of Wales Theatre, West End; The Last Five Years at the Tabard Theatre; Our House for HQ Theatres; Beauty and the Beast at the White Rock Theatre; Songs for a New World at the New Players Theatre; Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Broxbourne Civic Hall; Oklahoma! at the Riverfront Theatre; The Contender (a new musical by Mal Pope, showcased at Wales Millennium Centre and broadcast on BBC One); Sweeney Todd at Wales Millennium Centre; The Rise and Fall of Little Voice at Llanover Hall; By Jeeves at the Congress Theatre; Much Ado About Nothing and Macbeth for the Newport Shakespeare Festival at Dolman Studios; and A Piece of Cake at the Brockley Jack Theatre, which subsequently transferred to Upstairs at the Gatehouse.

In addition, Drew has directed numerous pantomimes, summer seasons, concerts and revue productions throughout the UK and the United States, as well as developing and workshopping several new musicals.

Previously, Drew served as Creative Curator of Stages Academy for Floating Festivals and Creative Director of SingEasy West End and Pianoworks.

He is now the Founding Director of Vision Arts, The Boulevard Theatre, The Big Pembrokeshire Pantomime and the Vision Education Foundation. Most recently, Drew has embarked on an exciting new chapter with the Shire Hall Theatre in Haverfordwest, helping to shape its future as a vibrant centre for performance, creativity and community engagement.


EMILY GOLDING ELLIS

(Choreographer)

Emily Golding-Ellis is a versatile Choreographer and Movement Director known for her attention to detail, high standards, and exceptional ability to bring a client’s vision to life. Her work spans a wide range of styles, including Commercial, Street Dance, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Circus.

Her performance credits include Netflix Dance 100, Ed Sheeran, Brit Awards, ITV!s Dancing On Ice, Rhianna Fenty Beauty, Nike, Thriller UK - European/China Tour & the Ballet/ Contemporary Coppelia UK Tour.

Emily’s choreography credits include an international World Tour for the Grammy nominated band Bring Me The Horizon, a headline performance for Ed Sheeran at Reading Festival, a show at the London Palladium for Savanna Darnell x Kid Creole, and performances on major platforms such as the O2 Arena, Glastonbury, NME Awards, and BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend. In theatre, Emily choreographed the five-star-reviewed pantomime Cinderella at the King’s Head Theatre, London. She then returned to choreograph Jack & The Beanstalk and also choreographed for Bluestone’s Christmas show in West Wales - Jack & The Beanstalk Her work has taken her around the globe, with international commissions including Lollapalooza (Chicago), Saitama Super Arena (Tokyo), and a music video for PlayStation 4 (Los Angeles). She also regularly teaches international masterclasses and workshops, most recently in New Zealand, Sweden, Iceland, and Spain.

Emily’s strong technical background in lighting and staging, combined with her calm, professional presence under pressure, contributes to her reputation as a creative and collaborative force. Known for bringing out the best in her performers, she creates work that is polished, powerful, and truly memorable.
